POSITION PURPOSE: Provide clerical and administrative support for the Investment Services department, assist branch employees, and help members reach their financial goals by providing them with exceptional personalized service. SCOPE: Under the direction of the AVP of Operations and Senior Investment Representative, maintains an appropriate level of discretion and confidentiality while providing support to the department as needed. Duties may include administrative tasks, client management, business development activities, account-related activities, and special assignments.
REQUIRED: NASD Series 7, Series 63, Life and Health Insurance Licenses are REQUIRED. Must have strong communication (both verbal and written) and member service skills. Two years of administrative support experience is required. Must demonstrate the ability to handle confidential reports and projects with minimum instruction. Ability to solve problems and handle multiple projects effectively.
